Connected Services – a new era in product and service development
Welcome to an event that focuses on how to make a winning customer impact by improving the way you install, serve and maintain your products. You will also be inspired to explore new products, services and offerings.
Areas covered during the event:
- High equipment effectiveness. Sensor data from internet-connected products (IoT) as basis for analysis and predictive maintenance.
- Properly performed service work. Service engineers that assist field technicians online, to better use the entire competence in an organization. Includes allocation of the right resources and route planning to the customers.
- Simple customer training. Digital layers on top of the product environment that simplify training of the customer’s staff, to allow them to carry out their own service work.
Our specialists talk about how to succeed in this area, and show live examples based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and HoloLens.
We will aslo share experiences on how to define a service oriented value proposition and business model.
